Delivery & Collection Information

All orders placed online prior to 4pm each working day will be processed same day for delivery on client’s selected date, or as close to this as possible. If ordering after 4pm please contact the office on 01329 222345 to confirm delivery date.
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement once you have placed your order. This will confirm your order details and the delivery date.
If we cannot fulfil your delivery on the day you initially request then we’ll contact you asap to discuss in person.
Orders for lengths of product of 3m or more to areas outside of our normal van delivery area will need confirmation from our Transport team – please submit your order in the usual way and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Minimum order value for free carriage is £150 for non-account clients. Click here to apply for credit facilities. If you are a non-account customer then your carriage will be calculated and shown at point of checkout if your order value is less than £150.
If you are collecting an order, we aim to have all orders ready within an hour. If your collection is more urgent than this, please contact the sales team on 01329 222345.
